Barclays Leaderboard

The Barclays leaderboard 2010 turned into the Tiger watch. After the Barclays leaderboard 2010 had Tiger Woods on top at last, the hype over the Barclays leaderboard was starting to build up. However, fans and pundits tried to stay level headed, since one round doesn't mean that Woods is back. Yet if he managed to shoot two straight solid rounds, and stay among the tournament leaders, it would make the weekend even more interesting. For much of the day, that looked to be the case, but Woods finally slid down the Barclays leaderboard 2010 at the end.

Woods teed off in the early afternoon, in sole possession of the lead. He started out well, with a birdie on his second hole and another one on his ninth. Going into the back nine - which was the first nine holes of the course today - Woods was -8 and still going strong in the tournament.

But at that point, the Barclays leaderboard 2010 began to show Woods going downhill. With four bogeys in his final eight holes, Woods could not finish off a second straight solid day. Ultimately, he shot a +2 for the second round, and went into a tie for 15'th.

Things were lining up for Woods to stay among the tournament contenders, even if he lost the lead. However, he had another spurt of bogeys and missed opportunities, as has been the case for much of 2010. As such, the Barclays leaderboard 2010 doesn't quite have the buzz it carried yesterday.

While Woods stumbled late, Vaughn Taylor and John Senden moved into a tie for first at -8. But the man who made the big charge up the Barclays leaderboard 2010 was Kevin Streelman, who shot -8 for the second round. Stewart Cink, Adam Scott, Padraig Harrington and Zach Johnson are also within striking distance.

Tomorrow is moving day, so Woods still has time to make another move. Yet again, no one knows which Woods will show up - the one from the start of the first round, or the one at the end of today. However, if he manages to stay in the top 50, he will get into the next FedEx Cup tournament, so he can still come out ahead here
